Shameful Baking!!!! Worst and most expensive bank. Try any other bank, it would be better than this. Yesterday I got a call from bank after 17 years that I had got a credit card for which they had applied Rs.800/- fine on something and because of that they have put my name in defaulters list in State Bank. While I have bank stamped NOC from the respective branch. Shameful.
Beautiful building and UBL regional head offices is located inside. They need to improve the standard of all local branches as per the same standards.

UBL has very poor customers service facilities. In any UBL customer office you feel as if you are a beggar standing in que for getting donation and staff of UBL seems as offsprings of some royal family giving no worth to UBL clients and thinking them some charity collector poor persons.
I am using UBL from the last 10 Years, I will never recommend this bank. My bank statement is more than 60 Lac but still i am facing trouble because of UBL bad customer services. Their customer services are very poor, i ignored many times but now they are not opening my Roshan Digital Account after wasting couple of months. UBL requirements are different from State Bank rules, even i opened Roshan bank account in Bank al Falah very easily. But UBL have many requirements which not make sense (because these requirements are not from state bank), Bank Al Falah customer services are really impressive. Even they reply within 24 hours, while the other hand ubl bank replies after couples of weeks. And i submit extra documents what UBL was asking but after waiting one month they replied with new requirements while the other hand no bank is asking these requirements. After using 10 years UBL services i just wasted my 10 years, i will never recommend to anyone go for UBL.
