IDBI Bank D 22 B Block D Rajouri Garden

Pathetic experience. Bank manager and staff behavior was not good. They will care about you only till you want to take loan. Once process is done they will never update you about any changes processes, if questioned, they will ask its customers job to find out the details. They can't help. Frustrating experience.

Horrible customer service. So termed "Operations team" is never available on call. The seniors only seem to be helping with evasion of work. In office, one is always led off on false pretenses that the steps will "soon" be taken. High time IDBI realizes that it is now a private entity and without a good customer service they will seize to exist. Not recommended for banking services.

Pathetic experience , having a Home loan with IDBI bank Rajouri Garden. There is no centralized customer care to answer queries. Staff at the bank does not believe in answering phone calls. I have been repeatedly calling for the last 10 days. No responses to emails send. I would seriesly suggest to avoid this bank /branch for any kind of banking relationships.

Interest of FD not given on my account and my wife account as per interest rate. Moreover not matched with 26 AS . I raised the point 2022 but still not resolved. There is difference of Rs. 1980/- on both accounts.

The place is right next to Bindra Park, in front of Rajmandir hypermkt store. Around 1 km from its marked location. Have updated the location but depends on Google to accept the edit. There is no network for Jio mobile inside the bank.
