Nice bank with great and helpful staff. All are ready to help there. Overall great in service and other things.
I visited the HDFC Bank branch recently and found the staff to be courteous and helpful. However, I was quite uncomfortable due to the lack of proper ventilation and cooling in the customer area. The fans were only directed toward the staff section, and as a customer, I felt quite hot and uneasy while waiting. I request the bank management to consider improving the cooling system or at least ensuring that fans or air conditioners are available for customers too. A comfortable environment would definitely enhance the overall experience for visitors. Thank you!
