I visited HDFC Bank today and was extremely disappointed with the behavior of the lady at the entry reception area. Her attitude was unexpectedly rude—something I haven’t even experienced at government banks. This kind of treatment makes me seriously consider closing my account with HDFC. Worst service ! Unorganized, unprofessional, lacks customer service…total mismanagement inside the bank. Staff lacks knowledge about their customer related forms and other stuff. Crazy…
I have taken a car loan from HDFC for a Baleno car they have charged 7k rupees extra and given me unnecessary extended warrenty for 4th year, where showroom has already charged for 5 years. Even though informed before issuing policy either to change or cancel and being its their mistake but i had to suffer and waste my money and time. After 3 plus years of follow up, tension, mental pressure they refunded 2k only and said that you are lucky to get refund as it happens for everyone and no one gets refund. "Beaware and careful of this *SCAM* people." Dont let this happen to you when you are planning to buy.
Worst bank ever. They made me wait for whole day to get a simple card. While application of card they made silly mistakes in the application. Upon asking they covered up by telling nothing would happen. All these employees are fit for nothing. No one knows anything here. I doubt if this is a private or government bank. Employees are rude to customers. So many employees in the bank but none of them provide good experience to the customers. Never expected this from this bank.
I had a bad experience with HDFC Bank today regarding a forex card. I interacted briefly with an employee named Rajini, who was unhelpful and seemed preoccupied with personal calls. She did not provide the necessary information. Such behavior is unprofessional, and I request the bank to address this issue appropriately.
