I visited the branch to request the removal of a block on my account, but the staff behaved rudely and lacked basic customer service manners. Their unprofessional attitude made the experience frustrating and disappointing. I request you to take immediate action regarding this matter and ensure that such behavior is not repeated in the future. Also, kindly process the removal of the block on my account at the earliest. What I thought to be a premier private bank in the country turns out have the most incompetent staff who does not know how to handle customers and does not have the basic etiquette, especially Mr. Hussain. They do not know the services provided by bank. Instead of solving the misunderstanding,he resorted to shouting. Is this is how a bank is supposed to work? To be honest, this is not anything personal just a review of what I experienced.

Account close karne k liya Gaya tha akdin toh their stuff said filled the form and submit.n they said Within 2days they will do the process. After that I came till that 2days not came may be according to them.
