It has been two days since we had to transfer money, all staff troubled us a lot by lying, our system is not working, I will open my account in a new bank right now. bad staff 👎👎👎

Iam very disappointed with the behaviour of Pinki assistant. She wasted my time, even my whole day. She got my cheque, I want that bank to get other assistance but unfortunately it was in her purse, she went somewhere, I visit bank again on same day and called her, she like’ iam just coming in 5 minutes’ and wasted my time a lot. I was very very bad experience.

I had a very disappointing experience at this branch due to the behavior of the manager, Mr. Raghav Chugh. His attitude was extremely rude and arrogant, especially towards ladies. Instead of providing help and guidance, he showed no interest in resolving issues and made the entire experience stressful and unpleasant. A bank manager is supposed to assist and support customers, but unfortunately, Mr. Raghav Chugh was of no help at all. His unprofessional conduct and lack of basic courtesy reflect very poorly on HDFC’s service standards. I hope HDFC takes strict action and ensures better training for staff so that customers don’t face this kind of treatment in the future.

Cash deposit not available inside bank due to some problem.They told to deposit in the cash deposit machine but that machine is out of service 90% of the time.
