Worst branch ever. Been here the third time. First two times it took more than 45 minutes to withdraw money through cheque although i was second in line. Today i am 4th in queue; issued my ticket number on 3.18 pm and the teller is still processing the first person :/ one doesnt expect such inefficiency in a branch that is located in such a busy market.

The most pathetic branch. Careless and time wasting staff. I came here to get a Wiz card and they lingered me for 5 days. Only after i spoke straight and got angry, they processed my request. The operation manager was arrogant and least interested in his work as he was getting transferred to another branch. The other manager who came, he was taken by some other manager on a meet up in between the working hours. Update: They told me my work would get done in an hour, its been 4 hours. Its Friday. Half day.
