Pathetic branch and services! Staff themselves doesn't know how to assist customers. For one simple loan close NOC they will make sure you will visit 8 to 10 times. Misguiding is all they do & know! Pathetic services with POOR management.

the helpline no. is useless because no-one even reach-out to the requester. I'm trying to discuss about a current account but am not getting any reply.

I had a very disappointing experience with this bank. The process was extremely slow, with endless waiting and repeated follow-ups. Even simple requests took far longer than expected, and there was little communication or support throughout. Overall, it felt very unorganized and frustrating. I would not recommend this bank if you’re looking for efficient service.

I visited HDFC Bank, Sadar – Utkarsh Complex branch to open a savings account, but my experience was not good. For a simple savings account, they mentioned a minimum balance requirement of ₹25,000, which is very high compared to other banks. For a current account, they explained some extra charges but did not give proper clarity. Even though I am a 23-year-old salaried person and also from a family with business background, they refused to open my account, saying there are “transaction limit” issues. They even said that if the family business is small, then GST registration is compulsory – which I feel is unnecessary for opening a personal account. Overall, I found their service unfriendly and not customer-oriented. Instead of helping or suggesting the right account type, they were only focused on rules and charges. Suggestion: HDFC Bank should improve its customer service, give clear guidance, and offer more flexible account opening options, especially for young salaried individ
