I think this is very poor bank.. I never expect this type of service.. my Account charges billed 4 time for AMB charges. We have to pay the charge to maintain our own amount, this is the worst.

I'm holding a NRE account with these people and they have very sick response towards the customers requirements. Pathetic management.

The customer service is very poor Your things wont be listened here people sitting at the counters are arrogant in nature they will not advice or guide you properly especially Mr Avinash He is just an arrogant person cant help or advice 0r help properly I would recommend not to visit this branch of Hdfc. You are sitting there to help the customer not show some stupid attitude highly disappointed with staff
