HDFC Bank – Sundar Nagar Branch, Malad West Very disappointing experience at this branch. The staff has no time, no ethics, and no basic courtesy to talk properly with customers. I visited the branch 4–5 times for a single issue, but there is still no conclusion and it's been 2 months. Employees Shubhangi Zagade, Gaurav Chavan, Swati Prabhu (BM), and Christine Sawant were unhelpful and showed no interest in resolving the problem. They don’t even reply to emails. As a customer, this kind of behavior is unacceptable. I am totally disappointed with the service and attitude of this branch. HDFC Bank should seriously look into the working culture and customer handling here. ⭐ Very poor service. Not recommended

I am extremely disappointed and frankly shocked that I am unable to withdraw ₹2 lakhs from my own account without prior notice. It is difficult to understand why I need to provide a day’s notice to access my own funds. This is highly inconvenient and unacceptable.

Shockingly, my 15-year-old savings account was marked dormant without any reason or prior intimation. When I asked for an explanation, the staff was unable to provide any clear reason. Employees Shubhangi Zagade, Swati Prabhu (BM), Gaurav Chavan, and Christine Sawant were completely unhelpful and showed zero interest in resolving the issue. Emails are simply ignored, and follow-ups are treated casually, as if customer problems do not matter. As a long-term customer, this kind of behavior is absolutely unacceptable. This branch seriously lacks professionalism, accountability, and customer handling skills. HDFC Bank management must urgently look into the working culture of this branch. 3rd C

Too many staff but most of time waiting period is too long.Cash deposit and withdrawals too long time wait.passbook kiosk is most of time out of service. Transfer cheque deposited in the early morning received message after 5p.m. for Transfer. Some time feel like my account is in cooperative bank .need to improve with more effeciancy.

Most of the time passbook kiosk out of order .when going to use if it is not working staff looks but not bother to notice that it's not working.need to improve service.
