Very poor service, unprofessional and lier staff, rude behaviour with clients. It's almost one month gone. i am waiting for my payment transfer every day my family member visit branch but the staff give them new reason . Like some signature still pending, manager's not available, online server getting down, Not working days, for sure tomorrow you will get payment. in short the staff just trying to make people fool. once my issue will resolve i will close banking with UBL. i will not recommend UBL to Anyone. I will prefer to people Keep their self safe from these type of banks.

Today I used the counter service for pay electricity bill, lady serviced me with unexpected behaviour. She did not return my exact change when I said her, she threw the remaining balance on counter, didn’t feel sorry. Unprofessional behaviour and service, thanks UBL

Brach location is good staff is just fine and service is vary depending on their mood.

Very slow processing. Lazy staff and only one counter functional instead of 2 or 3 counters.
