HDFC Bank It's a big branch. There's a huge number of staff here, and the branch is truly big and very busy. Good location πŸ‘ 5 Stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I am an NRI and I have a bank account with the HDFC bank Andheri branch. I left, India last week to the US. I have tried to reach 2 personal bankers Onkar and Leo, my sister has tried to reach out to her customer relationship manager Parul, who was extremely uncooperative. First she said that I need to send her an email request from the registered email ID with the request to download and send the bank statement which I did. When we didn’t hear from her for two days, we reached out to her again and she said you have to come in person to the bank branch to make a request. Are you guys for real??? I am an NRI customer I do not live in India or hold an Indian passport. You expect me to come down to India to give you a letter of request to release a bank statement for my deceased mother??? What is online banking for???? And sadlly, I also reached out to the branch manager, Satish Shukla and sent 2 WhatsApp messages to him and none of them have responded to our WhatsApp messages, calls or

The customer care relationship executives who sit at the main desk at the right hand side, as you enter the branch, are absolutely rude at this branch. There's one girl who is the worst - she sits on the right hand side. She has too much attitude and talks to customers very rudely. She doesn't have time to take queries from the people who visit the branch. She thinks she's doing the bank's customers a big favor by attending to them. When I tried to explain my query to her, as I was directed to her, it seemed she was too impatient to listen to me and she spoke very rudely and directed me to go to someone else. To HDFC Bank's branch manager at Amaltas building, Andheri West, please train your bank executives to have more empathy for customers and teach them how to have manners. Also, the relationship manager of HDFC Bank is thoroughly useless. I had to get a form signed by the bank branch manager and I was informed by the relationship manager to get it from the bank's operations manager

I am extremely disappointed with this branch and HDFC Banks Credit card team. I would not recommend them to any one. They have been sitting on a refund that a Merchant (airbnb) issued to me since over a month. When I called the credit card team to get it resolved they cut the phone on me. Their bank relationship managers could not be bothered to help their clients. They make promises and then do nothing. Every conversation with them ends up being an argument. They keep pushing any request you have to someone else. You have a question ask the relationship manager then connect with the credit card team who will pawn you off to the IVR message call line ( which I could have reached on my own) who will pawn you off to the customer service email who will dump you on disputes team and so on. Was my issue ever resolved? Give me a HELL NO!! This is the most exhausting banking relationship I have had.
