Very rude staff....not even give slip for cheque deposition without open the bank...bank staff came at 10Am till the time we have to wait. Unless and untill it is not necessary don't open any account here

I had a very bad experience with this bank, the staff here is not good at all, they don't even have the skills how to deal with customers. The customer care girl shown me too much attitude, I had to update my account and I went three times in bank but at the end I still didn't get it, I said her I want to do kyc and she said we don't have biometric I'm shocked. I saw this first bank in my life which does not keep biometric.then how you open bank account without biometric guy's ?
