My recent experience has been marked by a series of issues that I find deeply concerning. Firstly, the staff demonstrated a high level of unprofessionalism. Not only did they fail to provide clear guidance on the required documents, but their communication was also consistently poor. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, they repeatedly postponed and cited a backlog of work as an excuse, which has only added to my frustration. The lack of proper assistance and the dismissive attitude towards customer concerns reflect a serious deficiency in both customer service and professionalism. I hope that this feedback will be taken seriously and that necessary improvements will be made to prevent similar experiences for other clients in the future. Totally Dissatisfied

Careless Bank and arrogant staff ! I gave the application with documents to close my account before 6 years and still my account shows active in my adhar So I visit the bank today on dated 21/08/2024 and they said your account still open and how it's possible. An they didn't give my proper guidance Bank of Maharashtra please look into this Nandanwan, Nagpur branch Maharashtra

Some staff are good buth another staff so rude they not helping to senior citizens rude beheviour and bank has helping centre for only name helping centre staff are ignoring everyone ..I have account last 6 years only one person are behaving like human Ravi Parmar sir he is very kind and helping to the people and helping centre only doing arguments ignoring please Bank of Maharashtra start choosing kind people not kamchor
