There is no one in the bank to take responsibility or answerable for any mistake that happen from the bank's side. The employees in the bank are rude. They don't have a civil sence. They will make you wait for hours and then they will you to come another day. The woman on second counter, who is the assistant manager has no sense to talk. She is very rude. My Father who is a senior citizen had an old account in this bank. The bank was charging him tax on his account giving reason that the minimum balance is not maintained. They asked him to pay certain amount, he paid it. My father requested them to close the account. They said come another day. He went, they asked him to write an application to close the account, he did that. But then again to close the amount they asked him for extra money. He paid it. They said come another day. He went back on another day. They made him wait for 4 hours. And then they asked him to pay more money and come another day. When I went to discuss this an

Bank of maharashtra Bhagwan nagar branch is so worst bank I have ever gone Employees don't know how to manage the customers. Customers is waiting in a queue and they gossiping within themselves and firstly they do their pending work and then they listen to their customers. So soo soo poor management please increase the staff. what I see over there is all the staff had gone to back side for lunch. And so from my side suggestion is at a time 2 or 3 person can go to their lunch break. This is a serious issue please look into it. I am so much disappointed with bank of maharashtra Bhagwan nagar branch service.

The worst bank I have ever visited. Such a poor management and service. Even for smaller things it takes so much time. It’s mental harassment.

Very poor service. Manager is also not known about loan moratorium and not guide properly to the customer. As compared to BOM private sector bank is good. Really frustrating services i get
