Very lazy staff, uncooperative, system always down, opened account and didn't received any update. Dam mcb helping number is also unreachable, what a pathetic joke.

Very very bad service. I required a credit card and I was told I will receive it after 2 weeks after I fulfilled the documentation requirement. Farooq from dha phase 5 branch kept telling me for three weeks that I will receive the credit card any time. After the fourth week they stopped responding to my queries and after one whole month of waiting I was told that my application didn't get through. This is irresponsible behaviour. Instead of waiting for a month I could have applied in another bank. Bad choice trusting MCB. Waste of time

Lazy staff. System is always down. Very slow service. They do not attend customers immediately. The Operations manager should learn how to deal with customers courteously.

System down every day system down. Absolute disgrace, every time system down. Lazy dam lazy staff highly unprofessional don't want to work. This branch always system down need to get shut. Shame. Absolutely worst service.
