As a defence pensioner, I have experienced very poor service by IOB, a branch located at collage road, Pathanamthitta. I sent my first grievance on 04th March and followed by a telephonic conversation with the branch manager regarding not receiving OTP on the approved mobile number for internet banking services. There is no action taken until 1300hrs (Doha Time) on 13th March 2023.
I have an account in iob Bank (idukki) kumily . There staff always slow and no responsibility Very bad experience . They are not bothered about the clients. There is no fixed time for food. Always eating something. For them cash counter is for keeping Cashew nuts.They are treating the customers like burden. If these kind of habit continues we may post vedeo in social medias
The office is huge and compared to other IOB's in the area, the staff is knowledgeable. The manager is always ready to help. But with the recent software upgrades, things are very slow and it's hard to get things done.
