I recently had an experience with Canara Bank, Trichy Road branch, regarding an update to my contact details. Initially, there was an oversight with my application for changing my contact number, which wasn’t even processed until I went to the bank again and reminded the concern person. Since then, it’s been four days, and unfortunately, the issue still hasn’t been resolved, affecting several important transactions I needed to make. When I approached the bank for assistance, they recommended I collect my new debit card, explaining it would help with my net banking issues, but advised that the activation process would take a few more days. While I understand processes can sometimes take time, I feel that a bit more efficiency and proactive support in addressing customer needs could really elevate the service experience. Reading a lot of bad reviews but this bank is actually nice, I received my education loan from here and most of the higher staff are really humble and nice, but the ones in the small counters maybe rude sometimes. Be nice and they will treat you nicely

Must develop the customer service- Need some improvement in the token system and follow ups Only one cash counter is available most of the time but total staffs working will be like 20.
