If there could be half star rating option I would definitely give !! Female staffs all are so rude and annoying!! They are themselves confused about doing e kyc and keep talking shit among themselves only gossip and chit chat no work .,, they can't explain things to a customer in a proper way .,, very impolite and disrespectful behaviour.!!

My recent visits to the Canara Bank branch in Kadamkuan left much to be desired in terms of service quality and professionalism. The behavior of some staff members towards customers was concerning, as they seemed unfamiliar with proper customer service etiquette. Additionally, I encountered difficulties when attempting to open a savings account, as the designated employees were often unavailable, with repeated requests to return on another day. This inconsistency and lack of preparedness were disappointing and impacted my overall experience negatively.
