Seriously very low maintenance service there's customer care number but that facility is also dumb... thinking to switch the account to other bank please guys don't open ur any account from BOB..not giving a good service

I’ve visited this place for Adhaar enrolment. I do know that this branch is having adhaar counter being a customer. When i visited this place, i came to know that they are providing only Adhaar updation service, not New enrolment. Person at counter simply told me contact a number placed on notice board (which turned out to be a agent, who normally ask for some fees just to book appointment (anyone can do that easily online)). When I visited another bank, they are providing adhaar enrolment & they are surprised to know that a bank is having a counter for just updation but not enrolment. So Mr BOB, Isn’t it a agent’s play? For your adhaar enrollment, you may visit post office.

One of the worst service I have seen in my life, working staff for aadhar update is talking rudely like he is doing obligation on us, only waste of time!!!!
