Worst branch and bank. Employees here don’t care about their customers and their time. For Ex: there is Mr. Nimje at this branch. I went to him for my sign authentication which was a 2 min job but he asked me to wait for an hour and instead of doing his job he went to chit chat with other employees. It was only when I told him that I cannot wait any longer, he did my job. Worst employee ever.

I’ve been a salary account holder here since 2020. It’s 2 years later and I still haven’t received my debit card, filled the forms 3 times, been to the bank nearly 10 times, all this while I was busy at covid duty. Exhausted me physically and mentally. Best avoid.

Branch with full of unprofessional staff. People occupying the chairs have nothing to do with customer support and relationship. They simply guide the visitors from one window to other. People remain absent from their place with no individual as a replacement. Hall Incharge himself not aware about the regulations and how to handle the customers. Must say a useless branch. PNB admin team needs to take care additional care of PNB branch kings way as it is located mid of the city. This branch deserves no star only ammendment in working culture.

It's okay the staff is average there's not enought number of tables for customers sitting on the chairs and you'll have to wait atleast for 10 minutes for whatever work you.have visited
