Average satisfaction not much to exciting. Normal banking can be done here. Loan department also in the same branch making it crowded branch. Average staff & nobody to help, for uneducated people. Location is good same time infrastructure is very poor can be improve. ATM place at ground floor & such a position that person visiting 1st time can't find ATM because branch is at 1st floor.
Very good staff. My money got stuck in cash depositing machine. Just given written application, and in 2 days my amount get deposited in my bank. Staff was very co-operative. Keep it up.
No any more facility or plan than other pnb branch...as usual like other pnb branch.. average service and staff...bank located at first floor near udhana teen rasta BRTS bus stop on udhana main road.. main problem here is the parking space...if you park your bike out side the building area most chance of towing your vehicle...so be careful
Poorest Service among all Punjab banks. They take 1hr just to simple cash deposit in account.
