Not adhering to the guidelines issued by RBI to maintain a complaint box or complaint register at the Branch. One has to run pillar to post for months to get the work done which is expected to finish in a day or two. The responsibility is found to be shifted from one official to another. Before the expected job is finished, the official gets transferred. Recommend to get this Branch closed.
Very convenient location on punjabi bagh club road opposite sura vie retaurant
A customer applied for transfer of funds by swift to Sri Lanka, very nominal amount, three days , the doller has gone up by full one rupee, the bank is yet to complete it's chores.
3rd class service i applied for debit card last week and steel i didn't get that all time surver down poor service
Worst branch and staffs. Infact PNB bank itself is worst bank. Never associate with this bank.
