Like Nagpur's main branch, Umred branch is quite good in a sense, the staff members are really helpful to local people so that they can understand the banking related terms and can do banking related activities conveniently. Ya, it's true, it takes time to get the job done here as most of the times various things get mixed up like there's no separate desk for students/senior citizens, so managing all such things take time.
You get very good treatment, but there is also good experience, the only thing that seems to be less is that it takes a lot of time so the patients are suffering.
It's just fine when there is no crowd but😐when it gets crowdy then you'll loose your mind/temper!😤
