State Bank of India Deoli Branch, Has a SBI ATM and passbook entry machine next to it but mostly it suffers with link problem .It has a narrow Entry Gate followed by a Waiting Area,with a Security Guard at the main door who never forgets to mistreat customers. Not well organised arrangements. And about the staff , they're useless, kept the cheque pending for 16 days and when I asked them about the problem they said this is happening because the person who was supposed to do it was on leave . I mean they are dependent upon that single person to perform their daily work .Lazy staff don't pay much attention to customers.I have been trying to contact them to know the status of my cheque via call but they don't respond , today is the 16th day now I will have to go there again and again I will have to enquire about the cheque ...i short they are pathetic.
