The building is nice, the staff are helpful, there is usually no crowds but my only complaint is that they take too long to process your request.
Oman arab bank has only one branch in Alburaimi in almasa hotel building, bank manager I personally find always active and efficient but down staff need more training to be efficient, active and customers friendly
Less customers. Always get service on time. But only one A.T.M. in buraimi in this bank only.
We are dissatisfied with the way our transactions are processed by the bank staff. There are significant difficulties and delays in completing the transaction, or they keep asking us to come back again. I've also noticed that some employees don't treat expatriates as if they are employees serving customers, whether foreign or citizen. Instead, they tell them to bring their sponsor, even though the card and account are in their name.
The customer's treatment by bank employees was unacceptable, transactions were difficult to complete, and there was a complete lack of concern for customer satisfaction.
