Poor treatment from some employees, favoritism shown to those with connections, and slow processing of transactions.
The worst bank is the one that deals with customer service. Of course, if you lose your card, forget about them helping you. I called them just to find out what the problem was—my card wasn't working—but they refused to help me.
Its location is convenient and serves the residents of the state.
