It's one of the biggest branches of bank Muscat in Nizwa. The service is fast and normally, you don't wait for a very long time to do your banking needs.
Customer service not good. Token system implementation is waste. Long waiting time and no toilet facilities available for the customers.
Worst branch of BM I ever went to.Had multiple bad experiences, especially with some of the lady staff. One staff I met didn't even know how to do simple mathematics.Better go to the main branch , they are very professional and helpful.
Although the main and biggest branch in Nizwa, yet still has long waiting list for teller and customer service. The ATM machine are down frequently.
Bank muscat is the worst bank I have ever been to. Destitute customer services. Lazy employees. They often misplace deposited cheques, salary transfer papers and other important documents.
