Bank Nizwa PG9H+2JM Ibra Ash Sharqiyah North Governorate

It's a beautiful building right at the junction at Alaya Ibra, on the left side of the road as you travel to Sur-side. The lighting looks fantastic at night. The bank isn't a very busy one and they are more customer friendly and much less crowded than Back Muscat, according to some of my friends who have accounts there. It's an Islamic Bank.

The worst bank I've ever dealt with in my entire life. Transactions are incredibly slow, the employees have absolutely no interest in customer service, and their service is abysmal. They act like they're the only bank in Oman. If their policies don't change, I'm sure most customers will withdraw. Imagine opening an account and having to wait from the start of the workday until 2 PM!

Honestly, they're extremely slow. We wait at least 4 hours. And the numbers are random.

Bring your bed with you. It takes ages to finish your request. The worst bank ever.

Extremely slow transaction processing... No interest in customer acquisition... The excessively long waiting period makes you hate dealing with the bank.
