Awful bank Very bad customer services Very late always in any procedures
I don't have an account at this bank and I won't open one, but when I receive a check from this bank, I'm afraid of the long wait and lack of attention.
Their service is very slow, and the bank doesn't care about the customer. I opened my account a month ago, and I still haven't received my Mastercard. They're charging me for the card's validity period, even though I haven't received it. I've filed four complaints about this, and the response is that the card comes from Dubai. The bank lacks credibility.
The number of branches is small. The Sunbula account withdrawal system may take up to two months and a few days to enter your first withdrawal from the date of opening the account!!!!
I swear to God, this is the worst bank. You have to wait two hours if you go there.
