Good service
I visited the bank twice in a row, within a week. The general atmosphere inside the Mishref branch is unhealthy and discouraging. I entered the bank and left with a very bad feeling towards it, as if I were begging. The employees are uncooperative and lack the most basic skills in dealing with and communicating with the public. They do not engage in conversation in a serious and appropriate manner, and they address customers from the tip of their noses. Even if there were no other bank left in Kuwait, I would not open an account in it. But I advise the employees to fear God in their work and to greet customers with a cheerful face. In the end, people are not coming to beg from you.
The worst bank you could ever deal with. To open an account, it takes from 9 AM to 2 PM. The bank's service is like something out of the nineties—completely complicated and pointless.
