It's a poor approach from Boubyan Bank after they changed their customer service procedures. You now have to wait at least 10 minutes, even if you're alone in the bank, to see an employee, even if all the other staff are free. They treat those 10 minutes as a status symbol, a time to drink coffee and admire the decor.
