I love it!
I submitted a company account application and delivered all the required documents, but the application was rejected. I asked for the reason, but the employee didn't respond (he gave me the WhatsApp number to send the documents when I went to the bank). I asked if any documents were missing, and he said no. I asked what the reason was then, but he still didn't answer. I called, but he still didn't answer. At the very least, he should have shown some basic customer respect by explaining the reason and responding. That's the ABCs of customer service. I followed up, but he didn't say anything. He wasted a week, and then he didn't even give me the reason for the rejection. It's a shame; I wanted to do all my projects with Boubyan Bank because it used to be my preferred bank. The day I went to the Khaldiyah branch, I experienced nothing but respect from the receptionist and the same employee I contacted via WhatsApp. But what's the point if the service has changed?
