Boubyan Bank Block 5, Buildning 15 Ali Al-Salem Street

I was planning to transfer my salary to another non-islamic bank.. after paying the remainder of my loans using Boubyan Bank App (which was the easiest step) I couldn't find an option to cancel off my credit card, even though its fully paid and I had paused for more than a month. I contacted the call center to cancel my credit card, they acknowledged that they can in fact contact the respective department to do so, and upon getting back on the phone they inquired about the reason for cancellation, whether it was for issuing a clearance certificate.. which in turn affirmed.. their reply was that I should pass by a branch to do so, and they can no longer help in that matter.. went to a branch and cancelled the credit card, applied for a clearance certificate and was notified by the employee that it takes 10 working days to issue one.. I m indian but i listen it is very famous n friendly bank.Mr Adel al mazed sir (chairmen bobyen bank)is great human being.My brother always told abt him n his bank bcoz currenty my brother working as a cook in his own home.
