What is the reason of having ticket system, if someone without can enter before you?! Manager asked me to take another ticket, which means to wait again. Disrespectful
Honestly, this bank is truly outstanding, and I'm always impressed by its services. I'm proud to say that Bank Dhofar is the best bank in the Gulf region, not just in Oman. They offer all the facilities you need, and their services are excellent.
The bank's service is extremely poor, and the Sohar Falaj Al Qabail branch in particular has no staff; the employees are indifferent and have no sense of responsibility. It's a very bad branch.
The bank has become very bad since late 2018 and into 2019; perhaps the bank is headed for collapse.
