The staff are very polite, but the work is very slow. It takes more than an hour to issue a replacement card. My evaluation of their treatment today is very bad, unfortunately.
The new self-service system needs improvement in customer reception and organization; the current system is unsatisfactory. When there are multiple customers, the staff appear confused and move around the bank hall in a disorganized manner. While the staff are friendly and try to satisfy customers, the lack of a numbering system is frustrating.
