Bank Dhofar - MCT International Airport Branch Near Directorate General of Customs Sultan Qaboos Road Muscat

I have moved to Oman from the USA to start a business here. A lot of people recommended other banks for business and personal bank accounts. I chose Bank Dhofar, the Airport branch. And it was the best banking experience ever. The branch manager, Mr. Naeem Al Balushi, is a man of action. Most managers just sit in their offices and don’t do much. Mr. Naeem had a customer in his office, and the moment he finished with them, he came out of his office and asked me how I could help you! I complained to him about my bad experience with other banks about opening a business bank account. He said I will ensure you don’t have an experience like this here. He sat with us, opened our personal and business accounts, helped us set up our wage protection payroll account, and explained what we needed to do to pay our employees. We first met Mr. Naim Al Balushi when we initially arrived to Oman as residents in August 2024. He assisted us with opening our first Omani bank accounts and advised us about all of the required banking documentation that would be needed for compliance with our residency status. Mr. Al Balushi has consistently provided us with exceptional customer service and continues to provide expert advice in all banking matters. I was there 8 morning on the date of 22.10.2024 as the first person to withdraw a check as cash, after 40 minutes waiting for system running, unfortunately they could not solve those problem, It is never been as Wourld wide class for banking, I recommend to guys to do business with #Bank Muscat instead of Bank Dhofar.

This branch is in a very convenient place the first time I entered it was in 1982 it was BCCI at that time then it became Bank Dhofar Al Omani Al Faranci in 1992. The staff are very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The quality of banking services provided by this branch are of a high standard. The only drawback is that the car park is so limited and can be full any time in the day.
