Unfortunately, the employees don't know their job, and no one knows how to solve technical problems or who works in the call center.

Excellent service with the bank employees. The place is crowded, small and the waiting sofas aren’t comfortable for longer than 5 minutes.

The location is excellent, and the place is clean. Customer service is okay. Note: The bank sends information update messages, and when we go to them, their response is the same: they send the same messages to everyone and don't request any updates... they're simply delaying the customer's business.

Like any bank, it provides its customers with professional service.
