National Bank of OMAN Duqm branch Average Service. Account opening is very easy compare to Bank Muscat. And also they provided good Facilities. NBO ATM available nearby the bank. Small parking space. No crowd, easy to visit

Open a savings account in the bank is very easy. Only the matter of minutes. They did not have instant kit. So you have to wait for five fays to collect your ATM card. Then you need compulsory bank app to activate your Debit card. They provide prepaid card without your request any way you can use it good for people having more money in their account. Still bank employees lack of knowledge about their service. They do not know what is NRE account. Also there is no other option to change your mobile with out visit the branch. You never find more more people in this bank. So no more waiting usually.

Disgusting service...Also this bank don't deserve 1 star review.
