BisB Riffa Main Branch. Large and quite palace with Good Management ever i seen another branch.some times Bank Supervisor Himself come to customers to see why he is waiting if it is solvable by other way he will help you immediately. Also here you can deposit money or cheques in ATM machine no need to wait long line and Waste your time

Working hours have been changed On Ramadan, unfortunately the updated working hours didn't shown in the map or bisb website. The updated working hours are 9:00 am up to 2:30 pm all branches

The slowest branch if u want the customer services .. U need 1-2 hrs to finish what u want .. Update on 31-5-2018 Ive not used tejoori acc. since last year so its get blocked when i reach teller after 30min he send me to customer service and again wait 1 hour then he said i have to open new account and thats mean i will lost more 15 min .. I prefer to keep my money in waffer of KHCB in account which i didnt use for 2 years and still active ;) **** bisb

I was want there for new account opening but i hade very bad service no one help me to open my account i ask for help no one want to help i was waiting more then 1h30m and i so more then 15 person wait for help no one did.they Don't know how to deal with the customer security behaviour to bad. I think need to be work with this think.
