Worst customer service bank in Kuwait. Very unprofessional, inexperienced, lazy, time consuming, frustrating etc. The staff are too nervous to manage any customer needs. They do not like to serve customers.

The worst bank, the worst branch, and the worst service in the Middle Eastโirresponsible and incompetent employees, sitting around like they're in a social gathering. Their rudeness and lack of experience wasted my time. A complete failure by all measures. I don't recommend anyone deal with them.
