Two months back I cancelled my credit card. Still sending un necessary statement to my mail and sms. I went their office and given a complaint. But no use. May be they are planning to charge future subscription amount by keeping the card active.
Customer service is good - Mr. Mohd Kazrooni was very helpful and polite while explaining procedures at this branch.

Very poor customer service. Especially the lady sitting in counter 5 on 15/04/2025. She won’t here what we are saying. She is busy with eating snacks. Very poor service.
Hi Team 👋 Since you have stopped business banking on many branches nearby mainly the Adilya one, you should consider increasing the staffing and sitting capacity of Zinj Branch. 💡 Today, I had to wait more than an hour outside in the freezing cold 🥶 , the limited seats and space provided outside was full 🪑. I am not sharing any photos considering the privacy of the individuals standing with me.
