Everyone is available 24/7 except Mashreq deposit machine. Atleast you update the status as closed now... Why you are not updating anything. Currently this location is closed for deposit machine. Seriously wasting people time and their business

This ATM center at Gold Souk is always very crowded, and there is usually a long queue. It would be very helpful if another ATM machine could be installed nearby to reduce the waiting time for customers.

I recently needed to use the Mashreq ATM, but unfortunately, it was quite difficult to find. The location is a bit awkward and not clearly marked, which made the experience frustrating—especially for someone unfamiliar with the area. The ATM is not operational 247. I guess it closes with the mall. I followed the map to the location only to be turned back be the security after long distance walk... If it can be placed outside for easier accessibility, it'll be great.
