I had one of the worst banking services ever I tried to transfer money from the bank ATM to other account unfortunately the machine took my money and did not complete the transaction and it did not give me a receipt to prove the transaction. I went to the bank to speak to the manager who kept me waiting for more than 30 minutes just to inform her about my situation and unfortunately nothing happened. The problem is I can't recall or cancel the transaction. The Branch manager was busy with her phone and the result was simply nothing, I will transfer my salary to another bank due to the bad customer service and the poor banking services

Very good service. Ms. Noura Ali Alsuwaidi helped to reactivate my card. Finished all process within 5 minutes.

I’m very disappointed in the service I received the atm machine took my money and no one in the branch helped me!!! I went to the counters asking for help from the employees they told me we can’t help you call the online center and they caused me a huge delay!!!! A whole branch is open with employees and all of them can’t help me I have to call the online center to receive help and then the center says wait 4 working days to get back your money!!!!!!! Disappointing experience

Poor atm machine services, I went in to make a deposit into my account and I placed the amount into the machine and when I pressed deposit it canceled and went out of service. No one in the branch was able to help and I had to contact customer service, yet to receive any update
