This branch Not recommended at all I am deeply frustrated with my experience in this branch . Despite submitting all required documents and receiving loan approval, my auto loan application was ultimately cancelled. This led to significant time and financial losses, including the forfeiture of my down payment at the car agency. This is a clear lack of professionalism, and I strongly advise others to think twice before dealing with this bank

Staffs are friendly and welcoming. The only thing that I didn't like about this branch is the waiting time.

Really bad bad service in settlement of liability team ask so many document not required in that also not helpful as documents already receive from ADIB branch but also not accepted
