Yesterday was my first visit to this branch, and I was extremely impressed with the level of service I received from the manager, Amina Ahmed. She went above and beyond to assist me, handling everything I needed personally and proactively, without asking anyone else to step in. Her professionalism, efficiency, and willingness to help made the entire experience smooth and very pleasant. I truly hope her efforts are recognized, as she represents the branch and the organization exceptionally well.

I would like to express my heartfelt appreciation to Mr. Nahas Cherambathel at the Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank, Muhaisnah Branch. During my recent visit, he provided exceptional support and ensured every requirement was handled smoothly and efficiently. His professionalism, courteous attitude, and remarkable speed in addressing my requests truly stood out. His customer-centric approach reflects the highest standards of service excellence. Very disappointing experience. I waited over 1.5 hours just to change my phone number. The branch was extremely busy, with no seating available and long lines just to get a token. Unfortunately, the staff did not appear empathetic or attentive to customers who were waiting; instead, they seemed engaged in casual conversations while people remained in line. Overall, the experience felt poorly managed and frustrating.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the employee, Hisham Issa, at Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank Muhaisna branch . I visited the branch and he assisted me in issuing my account statement and obtaining a debit card through the smart machine. His professionalism, excellent attitude, and speed in completing my requests were exceptional. His manner of dealing with customers is truly outstanding. I had an amazing experience at Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank- Al Muhaisnah. The service was fast, professional and very friendly from the moment I entered the branch.
