Worst experience. They are short staffed and dont have the capability to schedule a task. I went there on Dec 15, 2021, there was only 1 person as a cashier. He was taken away by the branch manager to manager operate a locker. The customers were standing in the line for 25 mins. This is not happening. This is why I do not bank with MCB their service is only for big accounts and not for people with less cash on hand.

I'd definitely go to this branch in case I wanted to switch over to Meezan Bank up ahead :D These guys haven't delivered my debit card that I paid for before Eid ul Azha. It's been more than 2 months. Sluggishly Slow.
