I've worked with many banks throughout my life, and this is by far the only bank that doesnt know what its doing... zero professionalism and zero detail orientation!!! I'm not talking about the branch only, it's the bank as a whole that's incompetent. I opened a mortgage account and signed a contract, but i had to run after them for 2 months until I finally got an electronic copy of it!!!!! The monthly withdrawal are waaaay higher than the amounts in the contract which led to a default in payment due to lack of funds in my account for the first time in 12 yrs of my experience with mortgages. You have to guess with these guys the amount of payment you have to do every month!!!! A true nightmare to work with this bank
