In corporate world, there are employees and then there are dedicated employees and very rare there are " Asserts". Ms. Khaloud Al Khathiri at Fab musaffah the main branch is no less. It was 2nd of February and I had to withdraw a large amount of money. As I gave the withdrawal slip it was discovered that I didn't have signature registered in my isave account. A common employee would have declined the transection with a smile and would have asked me to go through the official procedures. But.... It was Khaloud on the counter, she immediately inquired her supervisor who was sitting behind her in her office. The two ladies discussed the issue and then after intense discussion found a perfect solution. They asked me to transfer the money to my regular account and then the signature can be verified..
