I’ve been dealing with this bank for many years, and I can honestly say Mohamed Eid has been one of the main reasons my experience has stayed so positive. He’s genuinely helpful, always available when I need assistance, and consistently professional. He takes the time to explain things clearly and makes sure everything is handled properly from start to finish. I keep recommending this bank to people around me mainly because of him — it’s rare to find someone this responsive and reliable, and it really makes a difference.

Absolutely the worst banking experience I have They charged extra amounts on my credit card and refused to refund the money even after I raised the issue multiple times. No clear explanation, no accountability, and no effort to resolve the problem. What makes it even worse is that I did a credit card buyout from another bank and closed the FAB credit card. It has now been more than a month since the closure, and they still have not issued my clearance letter. Because of their delay and negligence, I got into serious trouble with other financial matters. Customer service is extremely poor. Nobody takes responsibility, and everything moves painfully slow. It feels like they simply don’t care about their customers at all. Honestly, this is the worst bank I have dealt with in the UAE. I would never recommend FAB to anyone, not for a salary account, not for a savings account, and definitely not for credit cards. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this bank.

Very good experience in fab business park branch specially manager mr. Abdul salam alzabidi is very helpful courteous and polite. Simple is that fab=fabulous
